Appointments
We suggest you arrive a few minutes early so you can unwind before you begin your spa treatments. Slip into a comfortable robe and slippers, enjoy some tea or a snack, and soak up the soothing atmosphere. It's important to us that your SoCa experience is as individual as you are. If there is anything we can do to make your visit with us more extraordinary, please don't hesitate to ask. Your service will always end at the scheduled time, so please notify us if you are running behind and we'll make the necessary arrangements for your appointment. Prices do not include gratuity.
 

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be held with a credit card. We understand at times it my be necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please try to let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid your being charged for that scheduled appointment. Spa packages require 48- hour notice & group packages require a 2-week guarantee. “No shows” will be charged the full value of the service. 

Day Spa Etiquette
SoCa is a co-ed facility , offering separate showers, lockers and dressing rooms for women and men. Robes and slippers are provided for you during your visit at the spa. As a courtesy, please turn off cell phones before entering the spa.

Gift Certificates
Certificates are available for any dollar amount, service or package, ask one of our staff members for recommendations. You may purchase your gift certificates in person , by telephone, or here on our web site. Our spa gift certificates make an ideal gift year-round for any special occasion.

SoCa Referral Program
Refer a friend to SoCa and you both receive $10 in credit, which can be used toward any service or retail purchase.
